Yes, what it takes to start a revolution is no more than the widespread opportunity to access sanitary pads

What is so revolutionary about MUSA Sanitary Pads?

From agro-waste material, we extract the fibre to produce pads.

We think Banana Fibre is cool. Very cool.

For every ton of bananas produced, four tons of agro-waste (remnants of truncated plants) is left to rot in the fields. This remains completely unused, and it is a huge loss.

Here is the opportunity that MUSA catches. We collect the waste, extract the fiber and use it to make MUSA Pads. The locally sourced material allows to establish and maintain a strong relationship with the territory and generates a new revenue stream for local banana farmers.

Banana fiber is resistent, hygienic and highly absorbent. In addition, it allows MUSA Pads to be compostable and circular in the environment.

How cool is that!
